Unattended, monitored parking lot, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The parking lot is managed by UCHACZ Group Limited Partnership

  1. By entering the parking lot, the driver agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and Regulations and undertakes to strictly comply with their provisions.
  2. The parking lot is an unguarded, paid facility intended for motorcycles, passenger cars, delivery vans, and trucks with a maximum gross weight of 3.5 tons (provided that the distance from the rear axle to the end of the vehicle’s last component does not exceed 70 cm and the chassis height does not exceed 40 cm). Entry by other vehicles is prohibited (e.g., garbage trucks, TIR trucks, RVs, vehicles with trailers of any type, vehicles with bicycle racks mounted on the rear of the vehicle), unless prior permission is granted by the Parking Lot Manager.
  3. The conditions for using a parking space are as follows:
    • for hourly/daily parking – obtaining a parking ticket, purchasing it via the website or app,
      or
    • for subscription-based parking – having an electronic subscription assigned to the vehicle's license plate number ,
  4. Parking is subject to a fee every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
  5. The amount of the parking fee and other charges not listed in the parking regulations is specified in the price list posted at the entrance to the parking lot in a manner that allows users to review its contents.
  6. Payment for hourly parking must be made before leaving the parking lot at the automatic payment machine located at the exit. After paying for your ticket, you must leave the parking lot within 15 minutes. Exceeding the allotted time for departure will result in an additional charge in accordance with the Price List.
  7. The time a vehicle remains in the parking lot due to reasons such as a breakdown or malfunction, a police inspection, or an inspection conducted by other authorized authorities does not constitute grounds for reducing the fee by that amount of time or charging a lower fee.
  8. The provisions of the Road Traffic Act (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1137, as amended) apply within the parking lot. The maximum speed limit for vehicles within the parking lot is 15 km/h.
  9. Vehicles may only be parked in designated parking spaces, with the exception of reserved (numbered) spaces and those designated for people with disabilities.
  10. Drivers holding a disabled parking permit are required to display it in a visible location behind the windshield when entering the parking lot, in such a way that it can be inspected and the permit holder identified.
  11. If a reserved (numbered) parking space is occupied by an unauthorized vehicle, the driver of that vehicle will be charged a penalty fee of 100.00 PLN by the parking lot staff.
  12. Parking is prohibited at entrances, exits, in traffic lanes, on sidewalks, in green areas, or in any other areas not designated as parking spaces.
  13. Vehicles that are parked improperly or pose a traffic hazard will be towed or moved, and the driver of such a vehicle will be charged a handling fee of 150.00 PLN plus the cost of towing or moving the vehicle.
  14. If a driver causes damage to the barrier or other parking equipment, they are responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment.
  15. Drivers entering the parking lot who do not have a parking pass must take a parking ticket.
  16. When parking a vehicle, the driver is required to place the parking ticket in a visible location behind the windshield, in such a way that it can be inspected and the cardholder identified.
  17. At the request of the parking lot staff, the driver is required to present a valid parking ticket or a valid parking pass.
  18. The parking lot is intended solely for the storage of the vehicle itself and its factory-installed equipment.
  19. The driver is required to secure the vehicle against unauthorized access and to use the security systems installed in the vehicle.
  20. The operator is not liable for any damage caused inside the vehicle while it is parked.
  21. The driver of the vehicle is required to follow the instructions of the parking lot staff.
  22. The driver of the vehicle is liable for any damage caused to third-party vehicles within the parking lot by the driver or persons accompanying the driver.
  23. The driver of a vehicle is required to report to the parking lot staff any damage caused to other vehicles while maneuvering in the parking lot.
  24. The driver of a damaged vehicle is required to immediately notify the parking lot staff of the damage, but no later than before leaving the parking lot.
  25. The Manager shall not be liable for any damages resulting from force majeure or from the Driver’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  26. An electronic pass is a virtual card that includes the vehicle's registration number and the parking space number.
  27. Failure to pay the subscription fee for the next billing period will result in the suspension of parking privileges.
  28. A penalty fee of 150 PLN applies for lost or damaged parking tickets.
  29. If you lose your car keys, you may attempt to gain access to the vehicle after presenting the vehicle registration certificate and the driver’s ID to the parking lot staff, at your own expense and risk.
  30. Vehicles transporting flammable, corrosive, or explosive materials, or any other materials that pose a threat to human life or health, as well as to other vehicles parked in the lot, are prohibited from entering the parking lot.
  31. The manager is authorized to remove a vehicle from the parking lot in the event of an urgent and justified reason (e.g., a risk of damage to a parked vehicle).
  32. Vehicle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning are prohibited in the parking lot.
  33. Open flames are prohibited in the parking lot.
  34. Complaints, requests, and claims related to the use of the parking lot should be submitted to the Parking Lot Manager at the following address:
